Iranian Student Cultural and Aesthetic Organization of UC Davis present:

The ski trip is on January 13th – 16th 2012. We are going to Heavenly Mountains to have 4 days and 3 nights of fun. We will have two cabins in the Tahoe area close to Heavenly Ski Resort and downtown.

You don't have to ski in order to come. We will hang out, enjoy each other's company for 4 days and party ourselves into sleep for 3 nights. Do not miss one of our biggest events. The price for the trip is posted below. It includes transportation, lodging and food. Please purchase your ticket as soon as possible since space is limited and availability is on a first come first serve basis. Please see prices and purchasing information below.

Everyone is more than welcome to join us

· You do not have to be a member of ISCAO to come
· You don't have to ski in order to come. Many of the people who come to our annual ski trip do not even know how to ski.
· Come to enjoy the company of Iranians from all over California who come to the mountains during that weekend.

***If you are not coming to ski trip with ISCAO, you are not allowed to enter our cabin parties.

Tickets are available online through the above link or through any boardmember. Remember to sign and turn in the Ski Trip contract to one of the ISCAO board members before the trip; without it, you will not be able to go with us.

>What's included

We will provide transportation from Davis to Tahoe and back, breakfast, and dinner all weekend. You are responsible to bring your own personal things, lunches, and snow equipments.

>When? Where?

Jan 13, 2012 - Jan 16, 2012. We are meeting at Rec Pool Parking lot right by The Colleges complex and across the soccer field. Be there around 10:30 AM of Friday Jan 13, 2012. The buses will take off at 12:00 pm Friday Jan 13, 2012 (no exception)

We are coming back on Monday Jan 16, 2012 morning, we will be leaving Lake Tahoe at, the latest, 10:00 am and head back to Davis. (Monday is a holiday)

Space is limited to about 60 people, and we expect to sell out quickly. There will be a $10 security deposit on all ski trip tickets. If any major problems are caused by human error (such as hookah coal being dropped on the kitchen floor, or furniture being left outside in the snow and being destroyed) then the deposit will most likely not be returned for anyone in that cabin and or all cabins. This was put into place because of incidents in the past years that have resulted in huge losses on ISCAO's part. In order to ensure that your security deposit is returned, we ask that all participants PLEASE watch what others are doing around you. If you see someone doing something that can potentially damage the cabin, please stop them. We're all in this together.
